Save space in your oven this Christmas by cooking a Turkey Crown in the airfryer instead. Delicious juicy meat with a crispy skin in just 60 minutes!

Airfryer Turkey Crown

Remove the turkey crown from the fridge 1 hour before cooking to bring it to room temperature.

Pat the crown dry with kitchen roll to remove moisture from the skin.

Mix the oil, oregano, paprika and garlic powder together in a small bowl.

Use a pastry brush to brush this oil mixture all over the turkey crown.

Turn the crown over and use the remainder on the legs.

Cut the clementine in two and add this to the cavity of the bird.

Peel the garlic cloves, crush them slightly with a knife and add them too along with the fresh herbs.

Place the turkey crown in the airfryer upside down.

Stop the airfryer and use two forks to turn the crown the right way round.

About 15-20 minutes into this second half of cooking check the crown to see if the skin has browned. You can add a layer of tin foil to the top at this point to stop it over-browning for the remainder of the time.

Check the temperature of the meat by sticking a meat thermometer into the thickest part. The temperature should be 72 degrees celsius for at least 2 minutes. Check several parts of the bird to ensure it is adequately cooked.

If it hasn't reached the correct temperature then continue to cook at 5-6 minute intervals.

Allow the turkey crown to rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.

Add the bread roll, egg and bacon to the airfryer and cook at 200c for 5 minutes.

Remove the bread roll and egg, turn the bacon over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Place the egg into a bowl of cold water to cool down, then peel it.

Cut the bread roll open and fill with the egg, bacon and sliced tomato.

AIRFRYER CHUNKY CHIPS

500 g Potatoes (scrubbed, peeled & cut into 1cm thick)

Tsp Smoked Paprika

Tsp Onion Powder

Tsp Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper

Tsp Olive Oil

Place the cut potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes. This process removes the extra starch from the outer. Drain them onto a kitchen towel and pat them dry.

Season the potato chunks with spice powders, salt &amp; pepper to taste and olive oil. Using a spoon mix them well to coat the potatoes all over.

Place the inner stainless-steel pot into the Instant Pot cooker base.

Insert the air fryer basket with basket base. Arrange the chips in the air fryer basket.

 Place the Air fryer Lid on the cooker base. Select the AIRFRY programme. Adjust the +/- keys to adjust the Time andTemperature to 180 C and 18 minutes. Press Start.

At half way time, turn the chips around once, so that the potato chunky chips cook evenly.  Serve with ketchup.

INSTANT POT AIR FRYER METHOD

Arrange the marinated potato chunks in a single row. Drizzle a little more olive oil on it. Bake in a preheated oven of 180 C for 25-30 minutes, flipping once in between.

OVEN METHOD

Rösti sind aufwändig? Bei der gibt es nur entweder halb rohe oder schwarze Kartoffelpuffer? Dafür bietet der Airfryer die Lösung. Diese Süßkartoffelrösti aus dem Airfryer werden wie von selbst knusprig und schmecken hervorragend mit passendem Käse und Kräutern.

Süßkartoffelrösti aus dem Airfryer

Süßkartoffeln

Als erstes die Süßkartoffeln schälen. Dann mit einer Reibe grob raspeln. Die Arbeit kann auch gut eine Küchenmaschine mit entsprechendem Einsatz für euch übernehmen.
Die geraspelten Süßkartoffeln nun mit Salz und Olivenöl abschmecken.

Die Kräuter waschen, trockenschütteln und fein hacken oder ebenfalls von der Küchenmaschine zerkleinern lassen.
Jetzt die fein gehackten Kräuter ebenso zu den Süßkartoffeln geben und alles noch mal gut durchmischen.

Mit der Süßkartoffelmasse kleiner Nester oder Rösti formen - circa 4 Stück. Wer mehr möchte, kann einfach die Menge der Süßkartoffeln verdoppeln.
Den Käse zerbröseln oder klein schneiden und auf die Süßkartoffelrösti geben.

Die Nester anschließend in den Airfryer geben und knusprig backen. Am besten nicht mehr als vier Nester, je nach Größe, backen.

Wist je dat je ook oliebollen kunt bakken in je Airfryer? En dat met maar 1 eetlepel olie! Ik noem ze daarom ook Airbollen. Varieer met krenten of sukade.

Airbollen (oliebollen) - Airfryer

400 ml. warm water

250 gram rozijnen, geweld in water

Doe de oliebollenmix, het water, de gist en de rozijnen in een kom en meng goed. Als je een keukenmachine hebt kun je deze het werk laten doen met behulp van de deeghaak. Laat het deeg 1 uur rijzen onder een vochtige doek.

Leg de bloem en poedersuiker op een bord. Knijp met een ijsknijper bollen van het deeg en rol ze door het bloem en poedersuiker mengsel. Spray de bollen in met wat olie om ze kleur te geven.

Verwarm de Airfryer voor en bak de bollen per 4 stuks op 200 graden in 10 minuten. Draai de Airbollen na 5 minuten om.

Wer es in der Küche exotisch und exravagant mag, sollte mal gebackene Rhabarberblüten probieren. Ja, genau, Rhabarberblüten sind nämlich essbar und nicht nur die roten Stangen selbst. Sie schmecken fruchtig-säuerlich und erinnern etwas an Brokkoli.

Als erstes die Rhabarberblüten gründlich waschen oder direkt in Wasser legen, damit auch wirklich alles sauber wird.
Dann auf ein Küchentuch oder mehrere Stücke Küchenrolle legen und die Blüten trocknen lassen.

Währenddessen das Salz mit dem Kokosblütenzucker und dem Olivenöl in eine geeignete Schüssel geben und die Marinade gut verrühren.
Wenn die Rhabarberblüten komplett trocken sind, diese dazugeben und alles gründlich vermischen.
Jetzt die Schüssel erst mal beiseite oder in den Kühlschrank stellen und das Ganze dann mindestens 20 Minuten ziehen lassen.

Die marinierten Blüten nun in den Airfryer legen und bei nur 130°C für etwa 10 Minuten garen bis sie etwas Farbe bekommen haben und bissfest geworden sind.

Preheat the airfryer to 190°C.

Once puff pastry is defrosted, lay it flat on a clean surface.

Remove the casing from the sausages, and place the meat evenly along the edge of the pastry sheet.

Roll the pastry around the sausage, cutting off any excess. Use a little beaten egg on the pastry edge to help it stick together.

Generously sprinkle the top with Mingle&#39;s Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Slice the roll into bite-sized squares or lengths, as per your preference.

In a bowl, mix all the glaze ingredients.

Cut the salmon into bite-sized chunks and marinate them in the glaze mixture.

Combine all salsa ingredients in another bowl, give a good mix and set aside.

Place the marinated salmon in the airfryer and cook at 200°C for 7 minutes, until beautifully golden and sticky!

For the smokey BBQ sauce, whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl, adding a dash of lime for that zesty punch.

On each taco or wrap, layer avocado, the fresh salsa, salmon chunks, and a dollop of smokey BBQ sauce. Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lime. Dig in and let the taco party begin!

Luftig, kross, wunderbar süß mit einem Hauch von Zimt - so kommen Churros daher. Damit sie aber nicht vor Fett triefen, bereiten wir Churros ganz einfach im Airfryer zu. Dazu darf natürlich eine cremige Schokoaldensauce nicht fehlen.

Zuerst bereiten wir für die Churros einen Brandteig zu. Dazu Milch und Wasser in einem Topf aufkochen. Die Butter dazugeben, schmelzen lassen und kurz mit aufkochen. Dann den Topf vom Herd nehmen und das Mehl einrühren, sodass ein zäher Teig entsteht.

Nun den Topf wieder auf den Herd stellen und den Teig von allen Seiten abbrennen. Dazu den Teig mit einem Kochlöffel in Bewegung halten. So lange auf dem Herd rühren, bis sich der Teig vom Topfboden löst. Dabei entsteht eine weiße Schicht am Topfboden.

Danach den Topf vom Herd ziehen und den Teig kurz abkühlen lassen. Nach und nach die Eier unterschlagen - am besten mit einem Handrührgerät. Außerdem etwas Zitronenschale dazugeben.

Den Teig in einen Spritzbeutel füllen und 10 cm lange Stränge auf das Gitter vom Philips Airfryer spritzen. Die Churros im Airfryer bei 180°C für 5-10 min backen bis sie goldbraun sind. Die heißen Curros in einer Mischung aus 1 EL Kokosblütenzucker, 1 TL geriebener Tonkabohne und 1 TL gemahlenen Zimt wälzen.

Für die Schokoladensauce Zucker und Sahne aufkochen und verrühren, bis sich der Zucker aufgelöst hat. Die Schokolade grob hacken und in die heiße Sahne geben. Die Sauce glatt rühren. Für das besondere Etwas jetzt noch mit Becherovka abschmecken und mit den Churros aus dem Airfryer genießen.

Pierce the sausages a few times all over using a sharp knife (this is optional, but will help release more fat). Arrange the sausages in a single layer in an air fryer basket.
