Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” square pan.
Step 2
Brown ground beef; drain and add sauce. Cook an additional 5 minutes on low.
Step 3
Combine muffin mix, egg, milk, and cheese. Blend well.

Pour sauce into pan. Top with corn muffin mixture. Bake 35 – 40 minutes.
