Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Generously grease 2 9-inch cake pans with vegetable shortening then dust with flour and shake out excess. Melt white chocolate over low heat for approximately 3-4 minutes. Place cake mix, water, butter, whole eggs, and egg whites in large mixing bowl. Pour in slightly cooled white chocolate and blend with a mixer on low for 2 minutes. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix 2 more minutes. Divide batter between 2 pans and place on cookie sheet. Bake for about 38 minutes or until golden brown.
