Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together the makeup base and mica powder.

Step 2

Add fractionated coconut oil to the mixture and stir until your mixture is crumbly and uniform in texture.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the cosmetic tin. Use the back of a spoon or similar tool to press the mixture into the tin. This will create a pressed powder feel to your makeup.

Step 4

Apply eye shadow to eyelids with a clean finger or makeup brush.
