Step 1

In a small bowl mix the chicken with cream cheese, tomato paste, chili flakes, cumin, garlic, basil (or cilantro) and mozzarella.

Step 2

Put ½ of the mixture in the middle of a flour tortilla.

Step 3

Add jalapeno, spinach, zucchini, and olives.

Step 4

Wrap like a burrito and toast on both sides in a pan with a little bit of olive oil at medium for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Slice in the middle and enjoy.
