Step 1
Wash and trim the pointy hard ends of green beans. Optional: feel free to chop them into smaller segments.
Step 2
In a wok or large skillet on medium heat, melt butter and add avocado oil to prevent the butter from burning.
Step 3
Once butter has melted, add minced garlic and fry for 10 seconds. Then stir in red chili flakes for 5 seconds.
Step 4
Mix in green beans. Once mixed, add water. Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes for desired texture (6 minutes for crisp beans and 8 minutes for softer beans). Toss occasionally.
Step 5
Season with sesame oil and salt. Enjoy!
