Step 1
In a pot filled with 500 ml hot water, bring to a boil. Boil your ramen for 2 minutes. Transfer to a heat proof bowl. Adding 1 tbsp of the reserved ramen water to your bowl (the video shows differently but I realized it doesn't matter which order it's added)
Step 2
To the ramen, add soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, gochugaru, sesame seeds, minced garlic, green onion.
Step 3
Next heat 1 tbsp of avocado oil in a small pot until it’s smoking. Pour over the aromatics. Quickly mix together. Garnish with more green onions and enjoy!
