Step 1

Cook noodles based on instruction; drain and blanch with ice-cold water for 30 seconds. Drain, remove and set aside.

Step 2

Add chopped garlic, green onion, red chili, sesame seeds, Korean red chili powder, chicken powder, and ground Sichuan pepper in a bowl.

Step 3

Heat up 4 tablespoons of oil; once the oil is hot, drizzle over the ingredients and let it sizzle.

Step 4

Season with black vinegar, a pinch of sugar, and oyster sauce; mix well.

Step 5

Finally, add in the noodles and toppings of your choice, such as sliced cucumber, crushed peanuts, and cilantro.
