Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 27 x 11cm loaf tin with baking paper.

Step 2

Pop all ingredients into the thermo bowl ( 10 seconds, speed 7)

Step 3

Once the batter is combined, pour it into the prepared tin, using the spatula to remove remaining batter and bake for 40 minutes or until golden and firm to touch.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Serve dusted with a little icing sugar or the delicious Rosewater Buttercream on p. 234 of ThermoStruck.
