Step 1
Slice the leftover pork belly into thin strips.

Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.

Mince the garlic and ginger.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced pork belly to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through and lightly browned

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce mixture over the pork belly and vegetables in the skillet. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

Serve the stir-fry hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired
