Step 1

Preheat your smoker to 300°F (149°C).

Step 2

Place the rack of baby back ribs on a cutting board.

Step 3

Coat the ribs generously with Dirty Bird rub on the top side and Killer Bee rub on the bottom side.

Step 4

Place the seasoned ribs directly on the cooker rack, away from the heat.

Step 5

Cook the ribs until the internal temperature reaches 177°F (80°C).

Step 6

Remove the ribs from the smoker and wrap them tightly in foil.Let the ribs rest for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the juices to redistribute.

Step 7

Unwrap the ribs and slice them, then generously coat the sliced ribs with Sticky Asian BBQ Glaze.

Step 8
