Step 1

Places the apples and water in an instant pot.

Step 2

Secure the lid and be sure that the valve is set to sealing.

Step 3

Set the timer to 8 minutes on high pressure and let the apples cook.

Step 4

Once done, vent the apples until the steam stops.

Step 5

Remove the apples to a blender or a bowl with an immersion blender and pulse until desired consistency.

Step 6

Taste and add a little sugar if needed, we usually don't add any, but occasionally need a tablespoon or two.
