Step 1

Preheat to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl add your spice cake mix and pumpkin puree.

Mix until combined, make sure to scrape sides.

Step 4

Line your cupcake pan with liner.

Step 5

Use a regular-sized ice cream scoop to scoop batter and drop it into the liners.

Step 6

Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 7

Insert a toothpick into the center of the muffin, if it comes out clean muffins are done.

Step 8

If not, bake for another 2-3 minutes.
