Step 1

Line an 8” x 8” square cake pan with aluminum foil with the edges overlapping the pan.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe medium-size mixing bowl, melt the wafers or white chocolate chips for 60 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave for 30 more seconds.

Step 3

Add the frosting to the bowl of melted wafers and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds.

Step 4

Remove from the microwave and stir until both ingredients are well mixed.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into the foil-lined pan. If you want to use sprinkles add them now.

Step 6

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. It’s even better if you can leave it in the refrigerator for 6 hours.

Step 7

Remove from the refrigerator, lift the fudge from the pan by grasping the edges of the foil.

Step 8

Cut into squares.
