Step 1
Beat the mascarpone, condensed milk and cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.
Step 2
Divide 10 pieces of chocolate sponge roll among two 400ml serving glasses. Pour 2 tsp liqueur over the roll into each glass.
Step 3
Spoon a generous dollop of cream mixture over the top. Spread to the edge of the glasses to cover the sponge pieces. Arrange 4 sponge pieces over the cream in each glass. Pour over remaining coffee liqueur and spoon in remaining cream mixture.
Step 4
Dust with cocoa powder, to serve.
