(I may have said similar words recently lol) These would be a hit in our similar household, they look delicious!Reply Haley saysDecember 11, 2014 at 10:13 amHow many calories would you say are in this?Reply Tanya Bassett saysJune 30, 2016 at 2:40 amFor those looking for a calorie count, my boyfriend and I did the math with all the ingredients and divided that result by 3 to get the calories for 1 serving and it came to about 510 calories each. So pretty healthy, and very filling and delicious!!Reply Linda saysMay 30, 2015 at 6:55 amThanks for this recipe! This looks really good. I think for the final step I will use my Foreman grill instead of a grill pan or skillet. Cooking both sides at once will save another minute or two. 🙂Reply Kelly saysJune 1, 2015 at 7:16 amThat will work! I also us my Cusinart 5-in-1 Griddler. Works like a charm!Reply Kimberly saysSeptember 20, 2015 at 5:42 pmI make something similar but use rotisserie chicken, cheese, green onion and avocado. Agreed that kiddos love them. Serve with a fruit salad and dinner is done in 15 minutes flat. I also put all of mine on my family size foreman grill and spray with a little “Pam”. I can make 8 at a time. Great for sleepovers too!Reply Kelly saysSeptember 21, 2015 at 8:22 amAwesome tips!!Reply Jenny saysNovember 28, 2015 at 7:34 amThe recipe looks great, but I would never, ever advise anyone to use cooking spray on their cast iron! Everything I’ve read says it will ruin the cast iron! I cook in my husband ‘s grandmother’s cast iron pans, so I am super-protective of them.Reply Taya saysJanuary 9, 2016 at 10:35 pmYes! I agree.Reply aaron saysJanuary 16, 2016 at 7:49 amGood recipe! I would recommend to swap the sour cream with plain greek yogurt to make it even healthier! Tastes just like sour cream but has more protein and zero fat.Reply Kelly saysJanuary 16, 2016 at 8:25 amGreat idea!Reply Kaylene saysJanuary 18, 2016 at 5:26 pmI just made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was fabulous! Super filling and tasty, but also super healthy. Thanks for sharing it!Reply Kelly saysJanuary 19, 2016 at 7:38 amYEAH! So glad it is was a hit.Reply Nicole V. saysMarch 10, 2016 at 4:32 pmFor the life of me, we can’t find our cast iron skillet! Does this HAVE to be cooked in a cast iron skillet?? It seems like such a simple and easy recipe, I’d love to get it a try. Thank you for sharing! 🙂Reply Kelly saysMarch 15, 2016 at 9:14 amYes. You could cook them in any non-stick skillet.Reply Melissa saysMarch 16, 2016 at 3:06 amHow many calories is this?Reply Debbie Cole saysMarch 7, 2017 at 12:36 pmhow many points?Reply Linda M. saysMay 23, 2020 at 4:22 pmGreat recipe. Thank you for sharing. Plain yogurt is a great substitute, but I also made with sour cream, both equally delicious!Reply
