Step 1
Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries, taking care to leave the stems intact. It's crucial they are completely dry so the chocolate adheres properly.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into small, even pieces and melt in a double boiler over low heat. Alternatively, melt in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 seconds intervals.
Step 3
Stir constantly until it's smooth and glossy.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 5
Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate. Swirl it carefully to fully coat and allow any excess chocolate to drip off into the bowl.
Step 6
Place the strawberries on the baking sheet and leave them to cool either at room temperature or in the fridge.
Step 7
When the chocolate is set, serve and enjoy!
