Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Slice red onion and rinse and drain beans. Add beans and onions to skillet and cook 4 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.

Step 2

Add 2 cups water and Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice to same skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until rice is tender.

Step 3

Stir reserved bean mixture into Rice and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in red wine vinegar.
