Step 1

Add ½ cup full-fat sour cream, ½ cup mayonnaise, and 1 5.2-ounce wheel Boursin cheese to large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Using hand mixer on low speed, beat together ingredients until fully combined. Mixture should be smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Transfer Boursin dip to serving bowl and serve immediately with dipping vessels of choice. Alternately, cover mixing bowl with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate until 30 minutes prior to serving. Allow dip to come to room temperature then serve with dipping vessels of choice.
