Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your batter by mixing dry cake mix, Greek Yogurt, and water in a mixing bowl or stand mixer.
Step 2
Beat according to cake mix directions on box, usually 2 minutes. Ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
Step 3
Grease a 9x13 baking dish and spread batter into dish. Batter may be thicker than traditional cake batter.
Step 4
Cook according to the boxed mix directions. Check 2-5 minutes before cake is finished baking, to ensure it is not overdone on edges. Usually your boxed mix will indicate bake at 350 degrees. for 25-30 min.
Step 5
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Step 6
When cooled, spread Cream Cheese Frosting over cake.
Step 7
Add sliced strawberries (optional).
