Step 1

Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with wax paper or parchment paper. You could also use a loaf pan if you wish.

Step 2

In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir the peanut butter and maple syrup together for a few minutes until it’s smooth.

Step 3

To a large bowl add the peanut butter mixture to the oats and stir until everything is well combined.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly into the baking dish. Place in the refrigerator until set, cut into squares, and enjoy.
