Gather all of the ingredients.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl melt the butter.

To the butter whisk in the sour cream until well combined and smooth.

Next using a wooden spoon stir in the flour until it is all incorporated.

Step 6

Spoon the dough ⅔ of the way up a 12-count muffin tin—no need to grease the pan.

Step 7

Bake for 20-23 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.

Step 8

Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan before moving it to a cooling rack.
