Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

Arrange cut up fruit on the bottom of the baking pan.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, mix the dry cake mix with the seltzer water until batter is smooth. Spread over the fruit evenly.

Step 4

Bake for about 1 hour, until cake tests done in the center (insert a toothpick into the center of the cake; it should come out clean).

Step 5

Serve while warm with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
