Cut tomatoes, onion, and pepper. Place Roma tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, habanero pepper, cherry tomatoes, and onion in a food processor. Pulse them for 10 to 30 seconds until well-combined and chunky (do not pulse them too smooth).

Step 4

Add lime juice, seasoning, herbs, salt, and pepper. Pulse again for a few seconds until it reaches desired consistency.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into a bowl. Cover and chill it in the fridge for at least 1 hour to blend the flavor. Serve.
