Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, beat together the dry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs

Depending on which of the four cookies featured you are making, add either the 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (Red Velvet Cake Mix), 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling (Spice Cake Mix), 1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups (Chocolate Cake Mix) or 1/2 cup M&M's (White Cake Mix).

Step 5

Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop scoops of dough on the prepared baking sheet, at least 2 inches apart.

Step 6

Bake about 10-12 minutes, or until set in the middle.

Step 7

Cool 2 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely or until just slightly warm.
