Preheat oven to 350°F

Cut the rind off the top of the Brie
Step 3
Scoop 1 tablespoon of the cheese into each phyllo shell and place them on a baking sheet

Place an almond sliver and an apricot sliver on top of each cheese-filled shell
Step 5
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the shells are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling
Step 6
Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving
