Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

In a large bowl mix together the sausage and cream cheese. You can either mix by hand or using an electric mixer

Step 3

Slowly add in the baking mix and mix until combined

Step 4

Add in the cheddar cheese and mix until combined

Step 5

Using a scoop or by hand, form mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet

Step 6

Place baking sheet in the fridge to chill for 10 minutes

Step 7

Once chilled, place in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and firm to touch
