Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease the interior of a 9-inch deep dish pie pan (at least 2 inches thick).
Step 2
Add eggs, sugar, flour and milk into a blender. Blend until all ingredients are evenly mixed and no egg streaks remain. Pour batter into prepared pie pan.
Step 3
Bake for about 40-50 minutes or until the center is just set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. The pie rises high as it bakes but will settle back down as it cools. Let pie cool to room temperature. Place pie into fridge for a few hours or overnight to chill and to let the flavors fully develop. Slice pie with a sharp knife. Store any leftover pie in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
