Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients (cinnamon, ginger, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper).
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the apple juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, white vinegar, and honey.
Step 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a zip-lock bag and add the brisket.
Step 5
Seal the bag and massage it to distribute the mixture on the meat evenly.
Step 6
Refrigerate the bag for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Step 7
Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 8
Take the brisket out of the bag and dry it with paper towels.
Step 9
Rub the brisket with vegetable oil and place it on the smoker.
Step 10
Smoke the brisket for 6 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 11
Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Step 12
Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce.
