Deseed bell peppers and cut them into strips. Peel, halve and slice red onions. Crumble the tofu by hand to get larger chunks of it.Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Fry the peanut tofu over medium heat until it’s browned from all sides.Parallelly, heat some more vegetable oil in a second frying pan. Start by frying the onion for approx. 2-3 minutes or until translucent. Add the bell pepper and keep frying for approx. 10 minutes to soften them. Add the spice mixture and season your fajitas with salt and pepper. Keep on frying until the bell peppers are browned, then add peanut tofu and toss to mix.Tip: If you only want to use one pan, you can also start by frying the onion, then remove it from the pan and go on with the remaining ingredients.Serve your tofu fajitas with vegan sour cream!
