Name: 5-Minute Cheese Sauce
Ingredients: 1 cup milk (whole or 2% recommended); 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 1/2 cups (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese

Easy thick and creamy cheese sauce for topping broccoli, nachos, or even a big bowl of mac and cheese.

all-purpose flour

garlic powder

(4 ounces) shredded Cheddar Cheese

In a small pot, whisk together milk, flour and garlic powder. Put pot over medium heat and stir constantly until just before boiling.

Cook 1-2 minutes more until thick, stirring constantly.

This is genius! Easy yet hearty! Gonna try this as a topping on my spaghetti!
