Step 1
Place the berries in a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 30 seconds until partially thawed. Set aside. (Don't have a microwave? Thaw your berries in the fridge overnight.)
Step 2
Place the oats and milk in a small saucepan and swirl to combine.
Step 3
Cover and cook over medium-low heat until the liquid comes to a simmer.
Step 4
Uncover, stir, and continue to cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Step 5
Remove from the heat and stir in the berries and any juices.
Step 6
Top with maple syrup and serve.
