Step 1

Start by spreading the cream cheese on the baguette slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

To create the cucumber “leafs”, peel the cucumber and then cut the thin slices in half.

Step 3

Take a slice and fold it in the middle (there should be some overlapping).

Step 4

Now all that’s left is to place it on the baguette and pierce it with a toothpick.

Step 5

Next stop is, slice the scallion stems. That should provide the stem of the flower.

Step 6

Pierce the middle of the cut up bits through the toothpick.

Step 7

Cut up cherry tomatoes and radishes into small shapes that resemble flowers. Peel your carrots into thin slices that you can fold.

Step 8

Place your veggies on top of the toothpick to finish creating "the flower".
