Step 1

Mix together the coconut flour, cinnamon and salt. Add the eggs, melted ghee and water to the dry mixture and whisk until combined.

Step 2

Scoop 1/4 cup of the pancake batter and pour it onto the griddle. Cook on the griddle at 250 degrees for 10 minutes. It should make three pancakes.
