Step 1

Put the eggs in a pot with cold water.

Step 2

Heat the pot on high.

Step 3

Once the water starts to simmer, set a timer for 6 minutes.

Step 4

After 6 minutes, turn the heat off and immediately shock them in cold water to prevent them from further cooking.

Step 5

Peel carefully.

Step 6

Place in an airtight container with the rest of the ingredients and let it marinate overnight.

Step 7

Cut gently in half with a sharp knife or unwaxed/unflavored floss.
