Ingredients

½ c rolled oats½ c milk of choice½ mashed banana2 T chopped pecans or walnuts½ tsp vanilla extract½ tsp cinnamonDash of sea salt1 T ground flax (optional)2 tsp maple syrup¼ c blueberries1 T cashew butter (or almond butter)2 tsp maple syrup½ tsp cinnamon½ tsp vanilla1 tsp chia seedsdash of sea salt2 tsp peanut butter (extra to drizzle if desired)1 tsp chia seeds4-5 strawberries, mashed or chopped1 tsp maple syrupdash of sea salt2 tsp peanut butter1 tsp chia seeds1 tsp maple syrup1 T chocolate chips (I love mini chips!)dash of sea salt4-5 strawberries, sliced or chopped1 tsp chia seeds1-2 tsp maple syrup2-3 tsp cream (half & half or heavy cream)dash of sea salt2 T shredded coconut, unsweetened1 T sliced almonds1 T chocolate chips1 tsp chia seeds½ tsp vanillasmall drop of almond extract (it's strong so go small--less than 1/4 tsp)dash of sea salt
