Step 1

In a large pot, bring chicken broth and pasta to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 10 minutes. Set the cooked pasta aside

Step 2

In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, herb, salt and fresh cracked pepper. Stir in cooked pasta. Let cool completely.

Step 3

Spread lettuce on a large serving platter. Top with pasta mixture. Arrange layers of lettuce, bacon, chicken, tomatoes, cheese, avocado and eggs on top of one another. Serve cold.
