Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
First up, let's crack those eggs into a bowl. Sprinkle in some salt and pepper to season, and whisk it all up until it's smooth and perfectly blended.
Step 2
Get your fillings ready. If you're using bacon, chorizo or veggies, make sure they're all finely chopped to a similar size.
Step 3
Time to mix in your fillings and the cheese into the egg mixture, giving it a good stir to make sure everything's evenly spread out.
Step 4
Now for the fun part! Pop your tortilla into an 18cm air fryer basket tray (or improvise and place in the air fryer basket). You're aiming for a tortilla bowl big enough to hold all the filling yumminess.
Step 5
Pour your egg mixture into the tortilla bowl. Now, set the temperature to a cosy 180°C and the timer for about 10 minutes. You're looking for a golden brown and crispy tortilla, and an omelette that's cooked to perfection.
Step 6
Once everything's done, lift out the tray from the air fryer basket then carefully transfer your omelette to a plate. We wouldn't want to ruin our masterpiece, would we?
