Step 1

Take a wide pan .Heat it and roast fennel seeds, coriander seeds and red chilli on medium flame .Grind this into a coarse powder.

Step 2

Peel boiled potatoes and keep aside.

Step 3

Take a pan and heat it on medium flame.

Step 4

Add mustard oil. When its hot enough(reaches its smoking point)Add Nigella seeds ,Asafoetida and dry red chillies.

Step 5

Add potatoes and mix it nicely with the oil and seasoning.

Step 6

Saute it till it looks light pink.It will take 3-4 minute.

Step 7

Now add all the spices (grounded and listed under spice powder) both.

Step 8

Mix it well .Make sure potatoes are coated nicely with this spice mix. Saute on medium flame for 2-3 minute, till it looks little crispy. Your Potatoes are ready to serve .Switch off the flame now.

Step 9

Check seasoning.

Step 10

Garnish with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges.

Step 11

Serve.
