Ingredients: 1 block (14 oz) silken tofu (soft tofu); 4 Tbsp. potato starch (or corn starch); Vegetable oil for deep frying; 1 cup dashi (use kombu dashi for vegetarian); 2 Tbsp. soy sauce; 2 Tbsp. mirin; 1" (2.5 cm) daikon radish; 1 green onion/scallion; Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) (optional, and skip if vegetarian); Shichimi togarashi (Japanese seven spice) (optional)
