Step 1
Add your cubed bread to a large bowl or container (I like to use something with a lid). Carefully drizzle on the olive oil and add the spices. Toss with your hands, or if you're using a container with a lid, put it on and shake, shake shake until all the bread cubes are evenly coated.
Step 2
Add the bread cubes to your [air fryer|https://amzn.to/2RAfqho ] basket and fry at 300F for 10-15 minutes, stopping to shake the basket every 5 minutes. They're ready when they're crisp and slightly golden.
Step 3
Serve on top of salads or soups, and enjoy! Once they cool, you can store leftovers in an airtight container in your pantry for up to a week.
