Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F. Wash the sweet potatoes, then slice into about 1/4 inch sticks, trying to keep them about the same size.

Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches if your basket is small. Air fry for about 8 minutes, then toss the fries and cook for another 4 minutes
