Step 1
In a small bowl combine the cinnamon, ginger and salt. Mix to blend.
Step 2
Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees. Place the apple slices in one single layer (not overlapping) in the basket of the air dryer. You will cook the apple chips in multiple batches.Sprinkle cinnamon, ginger powder, and salt on top of each slice.
Step 3
Cook at 300 ˚F for 10 minutes, turn the apple slices over using tongs every 5 minutes. If the slices are golden brown at 10 minutes they are done. If not cook a few minutes longer. Do not burn.
Step 4
Remove the apple chips from the air fryer (they will not be crisp yet) and place on a wire cooling rack to crisp up (1-2 minutes).
