Step 1
Prepare the apples by peeling them, coring them, and slicing into ½" thick slices.
Step 2
Place sliced apples in a medium-sized mixing bowl and add avocado oil and cinnamon. Mix until cinnamon and oil are evenly distributed between apples.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees F. Once preheated, place apples in the air fryer basket in a single layer. It's okay if apples are slightly overlapping.
Step 4
Air fry for roughly 12 minutes, or until apple slices are golden brown and can easily be pierced with a fork. Check apples after 10 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your apple slices and your air fryer.
Step 5
While the apples are cooking, whisk together the maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla to create the glaze. Set aside until apples are done.
Step 6
Place cooked apples in a small bowl. Drizzle with the maple glaze and stir until apples are coated. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
Step 7
