Step 1

Preheat the air fryer at 350°F.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl until well beaten.

Step 3

Place breadcrumbs into a separate shallow bowl.  If using plain breadcrumbs, add in seasonings and stir to combine.

Step 4

Remove the red coating from the cheese rounds.

Step 5

Dip each cheese round into the egg and coat it on all sides.

Step 6

Then dip into the breadcrumbs, coating all sides well.

Step 7

Line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil.

Step 8

Place the dipped cheese rounds onto the aluminum foil-lined basket.

Step 9

Air fry for 3 minutes, then flip, and continue cooking an additional 2 to 3 minutes until browned on the outside and the cheese is melty.

Step 10

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
