Preheat your air fryer to 200C for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Place your bacon of choice in a single layer in your air fryer basket. It is ok if it overlaps slightly, or the edges fold over slightly.
Step 3
You may need to repeat the cooking a couple of times if you have a lot of bacon, or a smaller air fryer basket (like I currently do!).
Step 4
Smoked streaky bacon rashers - 200C (400F) - 11 minutes.
Step 5
Smoked bacon rashers - 200C (400F) - 10 minutes.
Step 6
Smoked bacon medallions - 200C (400F) - 8 minutes.
