Step 1
In a small saucepan, mix the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well. Simmer for about 8 minutes until everything is well combined. Once the blueberries have burst, remove them from heat.

Place the egg roll into the air fryer basket, and set the time for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Let cool slightly, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
