Step 1
Heat an air fryer to 380 degrees. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, keeping the roots intact, then cut in half through the root.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place the Brussels sprouts in the basket and cook for 8 minutes. Remove the basket and shake the sprouts. Return to the air fryer for 8-10 more minutes, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in the same large bowl, whisk to combine the soy sauce, honey and sriracha. Add the cooked Brussels sprouts back into this bowl and toss to coat. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired, and serve immediately.
