Step 1
Pound down the chicken with a meat mallet until it is even in size.

Cube the chicken into bite size pieces.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a small bowl.
Step 4
Add about half of the buffalo sauce to the bowl. Stir to combine with the chicken.
Step 5
Place in the air fryer basket. Drizzle on a little more of the buffalo sauce (leave a little of the sauce to add for when it is done cooking).
Step 6
Air fry the chicken at 380 °F for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking and adding more time as needed. The total cook time will depend on the size of your chicken cubes. The smaller they are the faster they will cook.
Step 7
Remove from the air fryer basket and drizzle and stir in the remaining buffalo sauce.
Step 8
When you are ready to make the wraps, lay down the tortillas, add the chicken, add ranch, lettuce and any additional toppings. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll the wrap burrito-style.
Step 9
Enjoy warm or cold! (If enjoying warm, place back in the air fryer and air fry at 350 °F for 2-3 minutes).
