Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.

If available, line the air fryer crisper with a paper or silicone liner to prevent the cashews from falling to the bottom of the basket. (see note #1)
Step 3
Place about 1 to 1½ cups of cashews (adjust quantity based on your air fryer's size) in the air fryer crisper, in a single layer.
Step 4
Cook for 10-12 minutes, and shake the basket at the 5-minute mark. Keep cooking, shaking the basket every 2-3 minutes until the cashews turn a light golden color and start smelling nutty.
Step 5
Let the roasted cashews cool for at least 10 minutes to achieve maximum crunch before serving.
